If so, an ad hoc remote support team is for you. You simply pay each time you call our IT support Helpdesk or each time an engineer visits you at your site. We bill you to the nearest minute and there is no set monthly cost. This support solution is ideal if you are unsure how often you require IT support or simply if you want to keep track of your IT budget.
Unlimited remote IT support
Would you like to call a dedicated IT support team at anytime, as often as you require for one set fee? For approximately £25 per month per PC you can have your own IT support team at your disposal with set Service Levels to ensure your call is actioned immediately.
Using remote technology we are able to access your systems from our offices providing an immediate response to your problems.
With a remote support link to your site our engineers can react to your support requests within seconds as well as proactively monitoring and maintaining your network to fix problems before you even find out about them. In the event of a full system failure, Dekko will send an engineer onsite at no extra charge. For any other onsite visits our standard rates apply.
Onsite IT support
Would you like a friendly, certified IT support engineer onsite within 2 hours of your initial phone call? Whether you have ad hoc or unlimited IT support with Dekko IT you can have an IT engineer onsite who is versed in your network to resolve the issue. We pride ourselves on our engineers being friendly, well spoken and certified MCSE professionals. If an engineer is onsite from half a day upwards, no call out fee applies.
Hardware cover
We can arrange for full hardware cover for electrical and mechanical breakdown. This can be arranged on either a 4 or 8 hour response. Pricing on hardware cover varies depending on equipment.
