We carry out repairs on Sony Vaio PC’s and Laptops. 

Over the last eight years we have been able to build up a network suppliers both in the UK and USA.

 

Repairs to computer systems, laptop and any other peripheral device can be carried out either in our fully equipped workshop or in your own home.

Our call out rate does include ALL travel and the first hour on-site. Should the repair take longer than an hour Dekko charges by the half an hour thereafter.

Our workshop rate is competitive, work is can be quoted prior commencement of any repair. Should any quotation be declined a small quotation fee would be levied.

  1. All repairs carry a ninety day warranty on labour, should it be the same fault.
  2. All parts have a full one year warranty.
  3. All parts are supplied from either the manufacturer or their agent.
  4. A worksheet will be issued at the customers request detailing the work carried out and parts used.
  5. The most cost effective resolution will ALWAYS be used.
  6. Customers will be informed prior to any work being carried out if it would be cheaper to replace than repair.
